Need to install new light switches for bathroom unit as the top switch is stuck. I can supply the switch unit from Bunnings. Just need installation.

The light switches in the attached photo are broken and have been pushed into the wall. They no longer function properly. I'm looking for someone with electrical experience to replace the entire switch unit, including the cover plate. Please bring the necessary replacement parts (3-gang switch with LED indicators, standard size) and your own tools. A quick check of the wiring would also be appreciated to ensure everything is safe and functional.

We are doing a small Reno on our open plan kitchen/diner. We had some light switches disconnected so we could get some Reno done. The wires are all there just need to reinstall.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.
