Hi there, I need a hand replacing the batteries in my smoke alarm. There are 2 of them. • The alarms are mounted on the ceiling, and I don’t have a ladder tall enough to reach it. • Should be a quick and simple job for someone with a ladder.

The hard wired smoke alarm keeps going off, I change the battery, and it still goes off. I would like to replace with a new one for certainty. Qualified electrician needed.
