1. Cut hole in kitchen laminate bench top. This needs to be done precisely and carefully so as not to damage visible part of bench tops. Install sink, attach tap, drain pipes. Pipes from the old sink are installed. 2. Install dishwasher. Pipes from the old dishwasher are installed. 3. Fix leaking tap in bathroom. This looks like it just needs to be tightened correctly. 4. Waterproof as necessary.

I have a bathroom sink that needs to be removed from its current position and replaced with a smaller vanity. New sink will then need to be plumbed in (pipes and inlets already installed), and then siliconed to the wall. Above-bench sink will need to be secured to the new vanity and the faucet and legs from the old sink will be put onto the new one. No additional piping should be needed, but a new drop-in waste (45mm) may be required.

*Concrete will need to be cut & removed for drainage. * Hot & cold water supply to be ran in the ceiling to the new fixtures, ceiling is tiled so very easy. * Fit out both sinks
