Just hoping to get this shower head installed in our outside shower area. See attached for photos of the shower & the area

Hey there. Looking for someone who can fix my leaking shower head - has been giving us a headache for a while now! I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes! I’ve got some spare washers here, but you’ll need your own tools. Cheers:)

Installing a new shower head and change over the exhaust fan in the bathroom. (There is currently mould on ceiling of bathroom so if you knows how to clean this up, would be great too).

Replacement of a kitchen counter tap and two shower heads. New products acquired and ready to go

I have purchased two replacement shower heads and need assistance to remove my old shower heads and replace them in my two bathrooms

Replace two kitchen cupboard hinges (I have replacements); I couldn’t unscrew them with a screwdriver so you might need a drill. Replace shower head (I have a new one). You might need a wrench. Pics attached, it’s a single head, like for like swap. Drill two screws into plasterboard wall, to hang a 9kg mirror (IKEA Stockholm style).

My apartment is a 1 bedroom unit in a four level apartment block beside Richmond Station. I have checked with building manager, there is no water pressure problem common to all apartments, so the issue is isolated to my apartment. The apartment is an Airbnb and several guests have identified the issue and it needs to be improved & fixed. Any further info happy to discuss.
