All works required to remove existing old carpet and underlay from 4 bedroom and living room and dispose off according to council regulation. Total carpet size is around 100 m2. Each bedroom around 4 x 4m.

Move heavy/bulky lounge and chaise from ground level lounge room into ground level garage (next to existing lounge room in the townhouse). Lounge splits into 2 x 3-seat halves. May need to go out front door and into the external garage door - as the internal sliding door (between the lounge room and garage) may be too small.
