Feel free to keep it and sell it or dispose or keep the ivory - we have no use for it. Some of the keys have the ivory loose and we have kept most of the pieces. Photos attached are the stairs and the piano itself. Would require at least 2 people probably. Must protect from scratching against the walls etc as you are bringing it down the stairs.
