Move a sectional lounge suite and 1 armchair down an exterior stair case to a room under the house. Staircase has 15 steps. Downstairs room is approximately another 30m from bottom of stairs. Through a glass slider door and place in position and put sectional back together. Potential movement of other furniture if agreed to.

Two moving boxes approx 1.5m high with rubbish, no more than 40kg cumulative. Pick up from storage unit, hours 0800 to 2000hrs as I have to let you in and out of complex. Ground floor easy access. Each box able to be lifted by single person - can assist to load into vehicle.
