Remove old racking & shelving and rubbish from 2 single garages

Our house has quite a few steps and we need some furniture and hard rubbish taken down to the street level. There are around 50 or so steps. Furniture and hard rubbish includes lightweight chairs x 12, lightweight stools x 4, some discarded drawers and about 10-15 pieces of miscellaneous hard rubbish. You are also free to take anything with you.
