Hi there, I’ve got some old-school manual roller shutter blinds with the crank handles. A few of them aren’t working properly: Some shutters are stuck halfway and won’t go up or down. Others move but are very jittery when winding. One got jammed badly enough that I had to remove the front casing. I’m not sure if the issue is with the winding mechanism, the shutter tracks, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller shutters who can come have a look, diagnose the problem, and provide quotes for the repairs. Photos are attached for reference. Manual Roller shutter won’t go up, cable has come loose and is now under the house

The pulling wire of roller shutter is stuck and cannot move up or down. The roller shutter is manually controlled.
