bavaria shutter repair. The issue is that it cannot be roll down or up. The motor and elec both ok. I guess the cord has derailed. The shutter is located in the window of the first floor. So it is not easy to access.

The remote is connected to the control unit however the motor didn't seem to be responding. I played around with the red buttons on the motor and the door started moving up slightly so I assume the motor needs resetting and calibration. I also unhooked the clips so they need to be assembled again as seen from the photos.
