House Clearance & Yard Clean-Up – Prep for Sale We are in the process of clearing out my uncle’s home to get it ready for sale. Most of the big jobs are already done, and now we need support with the final clean-up. The work involves: - Going through the house and moving the remaining items outside (into either a rubbish pile or donation pile). - Clearing the backyard – placing items into the skip or donation pile. - Dismantling a cat run and placing it in the skip. - Removing grass and anything overgrown and levelling the soil (we will be putting in instant turf after the clean up has been done). Any garden waste must be taken with you. - Clearing out the garage and shed, sorting into rubbish and donation piles. - Once rubbish is removed: High-pressure hosing the carport and concrete areas with concrete cleaner. - Carpet removed from rooms and placed in rubbish pile - Removing cobwebs inside and outside the home. - Deep clean all the windows inside and outside the home We’re being ruthless – almost everything is going, and most of it will be thrown out.
