I need two people with an 8+ tonne truck to help us move a 2 bedroom + office house. The last time we moved, we squished everything into a 4.5 tonne truck so 8 is plenty! Small moving job, 1 double bed and basic metal frame/base (will be dissambled), tiny desk (1 person can lift this with ease) tiny bookshelf, small side table, maybe 5 boxes at most This will be a quick in n out job probably 20-30 mins to load if that, all items except the mattress could be lifted by 1 person with ease, moved everything in inside a van by myself and only acquired minimal stuff. Put a bar fridge on nature strip for me 1 flight of stairs at pick up, a couple of steps or a disablilty ramp on other side.
