Deliver all furniture to townhouse which is street facing. Mattresses and bed base boxes to be delivered to first or second floor (all straight stairs and no corkscrew). Lounge, fridge and remaining furniture to ground floor. Pot plant to front courtyard. Truck can be parked on road or verge and unloaded <20 m to front door. Delivery 2 - Mitchell tip.
