I only have: - a folded single bed frame (foldable, so the legs will not stick out) - single mattress - small bedside table - kitten in carrier bag (she’ll stay with me) - litter box - standing mirror - small desk - five boxes - a few bags - three suitcases (1x small, 2x large) - one desk chair - two outdoor chairs (easily stackable). The front door is accessed via a short flight of stairs outside, & there are also stairs inside the house which lead to the room where the items need to be removed from. Therefore the items will need to be brought down the stairs. So no additional costs please. *Please note*: the two outdoor chairs & desk do not fit down indoor the stairs. However, the room has a balcony, so they will need to be roped down from the balcony to the ground level. Fixed price only please.
