Hello, I am looking to remove the old grout and regrout 1 shower. The walls of the shower are tiles but the base is a shower base. I think the old silicone on the shower base may be the cause of the leak.

I have a shower which needs to be regrouted and may be some caulking on the corner walls

The kitchen splash back is discoloured from cooking grease and needs to be redone. The ensuite bathroom has different coloured silicone that needs to be replaced with silicone that matches. The main bathroom silicone has mould on it and needs to be redone. Grout & waterproofing in both bathrooms is fine.
