We have two bathrooms in an 8-year-old home. Each shower has one cracked floor tile that needs proper repair. Looking for an experienced tiler / bathroom repair specialist to carry out the following: Scope of works For both showers: • Carefully remove and replace one cracked shower floor tile (corner tile) • Inspect waterproofing membrane underneath each tile • Repair membrane locally if required • Re-bed and replace tile (matching or closest possible) Additional works (both showers): • Remove existing cement grout to shower floors (and lower wall junctions if required) • Re-grout using epoxy grout • Re-seal wall–floor junctions with silicone (no grout at junctions) This is a localised repair and refresh, not a full bathroom renovation. I’ve just noticed the kick board on the wall the other side of the shower warping and some moisture in the carpet. I’m hoping a regrout and seal will be the fix and wanting someone to replace the grout and reseal the shower. Mould removal will also be needed. Approx 1.2m sq base and side walls shown in image.
