It is a tenanted property, I'm the owner. I would like the shower to be regrouted and re-siliconed to ensure no more or minimum mould growth in the future. Additionally, it would be easy to clean and maintain. The grout colour is light pink, if that's not available, then misty grey (very light grey or off white).
