What you’ll be doing: • Attend scheduled rental property inspections • Arrive on time and represent me professionally • Take basic notes/photos if required • Provide quick feedback after each inspection Requirements: • Extremely punctual and reliable • Neat, tidy, and well-presented • Good communication skills • Able to follow instructions This will be ongoing - in and around Hornsby and surrounding areas.

Inspect a property and complete two videos (inside and outside) approx 5 minutes long, capturing the house as if I am walking through it myself. Take photos of keys fixtures, such as the oven, stove top, etc. During the inspection try to identify any issues and damage. The property is open at 9:45am and finishes at 10:15am. We're looking for someone reliable to help us inspect our client's prospective properties in the Tamworth area. (Att: ex real estate agents) We're looking for someone who can help us inspect properties with several narrated videos that are shot on a good-quality smartphone. The videos will need to be taken of all the areas of the property and any problems that are noticed should be pointed out. Our communication is simple and done over Whatsapp. We'll let you know of an inspection that needs to be done and the contact details for the person that you'd need to arrange the inspection time on our behalf. We'd like no less than 6 videos (usually 2 - 3mins each), more if needed, detailing the condition of the property which we'll give you more details on. Each inspection takes around 30 minutes, there is an option for this to become a regular thing, paying $110 gst inc for each inspection.
