Our job was a big job. Nikita did what was asked and did it well. She could improve on her communication and her punctuality. She was late both days by over 2 hours. She didn’t inform me that she was going to be late until after the time of arrival, she then was later than that arrival time as well. I believe if she focused on this she would be a valuable Airtasker.

Need a good weed spray setup, long palm saw, branch cutters, good blower and broom, etc efc What we need maintained below:: -Spray round up weed prevention around entire border of property, all cracks and all edges and on all weeds. -Maintain and Mow front lawn, do straight clean edges -Maintain small size hedge at front -Maintain 2 palms at back, cut and remove any palm leaf and seed prods cut and remove dead leaves and debri. -Neighbour frangipani tree overhangs into our place, cut a few branches as needed to stop leaves going in pool. -Hand weed any obvious weeds that pop up around the borders and edges ( Use edge trimmer on any really small or hard to get weeds in cracks and edges ) - Pick up any leaves and debri in drains and around all the sides of property (generally keeping it all tidy) -Blow off entire property border, including back area pavers, around oool and bbq, and front car port, shake mats as you blow. -Take away all waste.
