Looking for someone with an eye for detail, to inspect a prospective rental property for me as I cannot attend the viewing. Viewing is on Cambridge Street, North Adelaide, SA 5006. A video phone call at time of viewing , or if unable to do a quality phone call then a video of the walk through with photos is what I am looking for.

What You’ll Need to Do: • Be neatly presented, as you will be representing me. • Greet the real estate agent professionally to leave a positive impression (nothing overly formal, just friendly and professional). • Ensure my name and contact details are recorded on the attendance sheet at each open house. • Take a clear video walkthrough of each property during the open house, covering all rooms, outdoor areas, and key features (e.g., kitchen appliances, storage, backyard). • Complete a mostly pre-filled report by noting any visible defects in the property. • Send the video and completed report within an hour after the open house. The properties will be located within a 15-minute drive from Adelaide. I am looking for someone to take this on as a regular gig. So please only apply if you have the capacity to do so. I need someone to inspect and take photos of a potential rental property on my behalf. I am moving to Adelaide for work in a couple of weeks, and the application for this property requires someone to inspect in person. The inspection time is very short (15min) so punctuality is essential.
