Find professional pool maintenance in VIC

Roof-mounted pool solar heating system has a continuous pressurised water leak from the vacuum relief valve (VRV) or an adjoining fitting. This is not normal operation and appears to be a failed valve or cracked joint. System is approximately 4 years old. Job includes inspection, replacement of the VRV or faulty fitting, and pressure testing once repaired. Property is double storey with easy roof access. Solar heating can be isolated; filtration remains operational.

We recently replaced our swimming pool pump with a new one and it worked fine until I vaccumef the floor. The pump now is unable to pull enough water and turns off within 5 min because of less water flow. I have cleaned the skimmer bucket, pump bucket and every other place where leaves could be stuck + tried backwashing it but it turns off . Looking for someone to help immediately .

Hi there, We are not looking for regular maintenance services, so if this is what you are looking for I am sorry to disappoint you. As much as I want to support you as a small business, it is also quite pricey to pay a few hundred everytime for us. What we are looking for is someone who is experienced to look at our system as a whole and tell us what is wrong with the pump / anything we need to do in particular. Currently, the pump is blowing bubbles (it used to be very strong pump, but we can see that it is also not sucking the water very well). We suspect that there is a Air leaking somewhere, or blockage. We have tried back wash, adding water, adding salt, everything available suggested online. We also regularly test the water at the pool shop. Thank you for your time.

Hey, my pool has been green for about 3 weeks now. We’ve tried multiple chemicals with no success, and I suspect the issue may be the pump — either it’s not running properly, losing prime, or the settings aren’t correct. I’d love someone to come out, inspect the system, and assess whether the pump and filtration are working as they should and if not please fix. Need this looked at and fixed ASAP.
