The pool needs to be serviced. The pump is not working, have enough algae and fungal growth

Two ponds approx. 2mx2m have dirt at bottom. Water is clear and pumps working but it looks ugly. Just needs vacuum the bottom of the ponds.

The pool was been well maintained before but due to the grass chopped nearby all gone to the pool and the pool colour changed into green - Due date: Flexible

We have an inspection on Monday the 19th of December and would like our pool serviced by the end of the week. It is slightly going green after the recent rain and needs a pretty good vacuum to waste as it hasn't been vacuumed in a while and we have been struggling to get our kreepy to work.
