I have a pool heater that appears to be attracting rats/mice (likely due to warmth). I’m looking for someone experienced in rodent-proofing / exclusion work to: • Inspect the pool heater base and surrounding area • Install galvanised or stainless steel mesh around access points • Seal gaps, vents, and entry points without restricting airflow • Ensure all work is safe for pool equipment This is exclusion work only — no poison or traps required. Please bring your own tools. I’m happy to pay for materials if needed. Experience with pool equipment, HVAC, or pest exclusion preferred.

Recently purchased a house with a pool. The pool hasn't been cleaned in about 4 months and doesn't have a cover on it so it just needs a good clean.

Chlorine, pH and the chemical aspect of the pool is fine, and the pool itself is blue, relatively clear, and isn’t too dirty. Need someone to come out and clean the small debris floating in the pool, all the dirt and grime in the corners of the stairs, dirt on the waterline, the leaves sitting at the bottom, and to check + empty out the filters. If offering please mention any tools/machinery you’d bring, and your experience level.
