Bought a home with a spa that the seller claimed hasn’t been used for a while. Electrician confirmed there is power going into the spa, but the spa is not operational. I need a diagnosis of whether it works, what repairs it will need to work, or if it’s a bust. Spa has one emblem saying it’s an Arcadian Spa. Photos from the underside and control panel doesn’t tell much about its model.

Had a previous company visit monthly to give my spa a general clean, wipe down, then drain a 1/3 of the water and refill, then balance the water with chemicals correctly - unfortunately they changed ownership and on the first visit some new guy turned up and left the water murky and stinking of chemical :( For this job, I need someone to drain the water, give the spa a general wipe down / clean and then refill the water and balance with the right amounts of chemical. Since the refill part takes a few hours, it's fine for you to go and do another job and then come back and finish off once full. You can access the spa via outside door but you'll need to manage the timing as I will be working and unable to help / attend. May have Some dirt or leaves inside the pump, causing noise when rotating. The task involves pulling out the filter, removing the debris, and reinstalling it.
