I have a large corrugated roof approx 350 sqm. 15 solar panels, newly replaced. Large overhanging trees (mainly eucalypts) causing roof litter and gutter blockages particularly in summer. I need regular rood and panel cleaning and maintenance, probably more frequently in summer. Maybe monthly in summer and bi-monthly in winter.

I need help clearing things from my cellar to the yard where I can sort and work out what is water damaged - and change the lightbulb down there too! I’m a bit worried about mould and water damage… and spiders … and would like it empty so I can deal with it if need be. So I would suggest a mask :) Not much stuff but I am unable to do myself. Probably an hour work. A quick sweep once empty would be great also if possible. Thanks
