Chemicals and treatments

I was dreaming of a crystal clear pool, but it didn’t quite happen today. A few reasons for this: The pool was VERY dirty - not just a little debris but larger twigs and branches. Pool equipment was not fully cooperative - leaky pumps, connections that weren’t snug-fitting. Lyndsey did his best and tried multiple different approaches but ultimately this is a job that will take a few days. He was apologetic and added chemicals for no charge.

Have been cleaning the pool regularly, came back from a holiday, pool now has light algae growing frequently even after chlorinating, filtering and using algaecide, trying to get the pool from light green back to blue, assistance required
Lyndsey was great, very knowledgeable of the pool works, came through and knew exactly what to do, awaiting on the clarity of the pool colour as can take a couple days, although have complete confidence as he mentioned he’ll come back and resolve any issues if I’m not fully satisfied with the end result.
