Need tap blocked off in front garden currently have no water to repaired

My bathroom floor drain is blocked and water is not draining properly. I’ve attached a photo of the drain. It looks like it may be clogged or need professional cleaning. I’m looking for someone experienced with plumbing or drain repairs to inspect and fix the issue. Please bring your own tools if needed.

The hot water tap is a further way out compared to the cold water tap, might be an easy fix but I don't want to make it worse.

Small renovation required of bathroom, removal of existing bathtub and vanity and installation of shower recess and floating vanity. Ideally plumbing work completed as well (this minor too, vanity/shower to be installed in previous location). Would also like to have concrete floor in laundry/toilet polished and sealed if possible.
