We had had to turn the tap off completely so the toilet cannot be used. Even with it slightly turned on (to try and fill the cistern) it leaks and water goes over the floor and drips into a room below. Its not a big job but needs to be fixed.

Looking for a reliable and experienced person to remove my old bathroom vanity and install a new one. The job includes careful removal of the existing vanity without damaging surrounding walls or plumbing (although current vanity is not attached to the wall so this should be easy to remove), and secure installation of the new vanity in its place (floating vanity). Its a straight swap in the same place so pretty straight forward but someone experienced with bathroom fittings is preferred. The vanity is a standard size, and I have all the materials ready to go.
