1. Replace X2 shower rail sets and mixer cartridges 2. Replace X2 Basin mixers. Both shower rails are loose, leaking or broken requiring replacement of both. The shower mixer cartridge is broken and the shower handle falls off, recommend replacing both shower mixers. The double bowl ensuite vanity basin taps have been installed incorrectly. This is why the taps hot and cold temperatures are on the opposite sides. Needs replacing the mixers with standard Base basin mixers
