Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. Treat mould with mould killer where accessable inside roof cavity. Remove damaged ceiling sheet. (aprox. 5.5m2) Install new sheet of gyprock. Apply stop stain to water marks on other part ceiling around repair. Undercoat plaster repair and apply 2 coats of Dulux ceiling white to match existing ceiling. Having the correct license is mandatory.
