Plastering and painting whole town house

Need to do plastering on the wall and paint.

I need two TVs wall-mounted: - 1 × 85-inch TV - 1 × 55-inch TV Brackets must be fixed into the timber studs behind the plasterboard walls. Requirements: - Both TV mounting brackets must be securely fixed into the timber studs, not only into the plasterboard. - Technician must bring a reliable timber stud finder and confirm the stud locations before drilling. - 85-inch TV bracket: Sanus VXL7-B2 fixed wall mount. - 55-inch TV bracket: EzyMount VB-F56B fixed wall mount or Vogel's TV wall mount. - Suitable wall-mounting brackets and their standard accessories will be supplied by me. - TVs must be mounted level, securely and at the agreed height/location. - Please ensure the mounting method is suitable for the weight and size of the 85-inch TV. - Please include all labour and any additional standard mounting hardware/fixings required for secure installation into the timber studs in your offer. I am flexible with dates, with Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday preferred.

Need some plastering done. We removed two skirting boards (one either side of the stairs) and need these joins plastered. One of the skirting boards needs to be cut neatly and removed, the other one has been removed but there is a minor plaster repair at the end of the skirting over the stairs needed to the remaining skirting board.

Cosmetic repair of multiple stress cracks in the house which have been previously filled but have come back. It'll require fiberglass mesh tape or an equivalent as well as filler to repair the cracks. We're just looking to cosmetically repair the cracks so they're not visible and won't return for a couple of years. Please refer to photos and details below regarding the size of the job.
