Job Title: Handyman / Plasterer: Fix Skirting Board Corner & Small Ceiling Holes Task Description Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a few small areas of damage around the house. There are three minor repair spots in total, which require filling, sanding, and painting so they blend seamlessly. Please see the attached files for exact details of the work required: Scope of Work Repair 1 (Skirting Board Corner): As shown in image.png, the corner of the skirting board/baseboard is chipped and damaged. This needs to be filled, shaped back to a clean square corner, sanded, and painted white to match. Repair 2 (Ceiling Fan Holes): As shown in image_2.png, there are a few small screw/anchor holes in the plaster ceiling directly surrounding the ceiling fan canopy. These need to be patched, smoothed out, and painted to match the flat ceiling white. Repair 3 (Wall/Ceiling Scrapes): As shown in image_3.png, there are a couple of small dings/surface scrapes on the plaster. These require a quick skim fill, sand, and touch-up paint. What You Need to Provide All necessary tools and materials (plaster filler, wood filler, sandpaper, brushes/rollers). Paint (I can provide the paint if I have the exact tins on hand, but please let me know if you can bring standard ceiling white and vivid white for touch-ups just in case). Expectations I am looking for a neat finish where the patches aren't obvious after painting. Please quote a total price for all three small spots.

Patch 3 x ~10cm holes in plasterboard wall. Patch holes created from removing three towel wall racks in bathroom. Install missing bottom frame of a bay style window (framing lengths available on property). Painting not required.

I have 2 x holes in my ceiling where smoke alarms have been removed and another 2 x small scratches that need to be fixed. You’ll need dustless sanders as I’m not keen on sanding dust everywhere.

We need a few holes plastered, made by kids. Two are approx 5cm wide, the one with the large roundish hole more like 20cm. The walls may be asbestos we aren’t sure.
