Fixing broken plasterboard in wardrobe at the corner joint.

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Task is as follows I will be supplying materials. I require 1 x Gyprocker to name their day rate. Photos show the job - it is a combination of patch ups and cornices

Cut out broken gyprock and replace

We need old silicone to be removed in bathroom, toilet areas and do it properly. Small painting patch. Fix gyprock top coating, finishing and painting. Fix skirting and cover the gaps in one room. All the work may not be showed in the images.

Alfresco roof is to be painted. Gyprock sheet for roof and a wall is broken.

Wall needs to be patched with gyprock. Few spots and painted aswell

To close a door open door space in the wall with Gyprock and then to finish with the paint accordingly

I want to close off a pace with gyprock. 2 walls one wall length 440, height $265 and another wall length 200cm height 265 They need to come together to make a right angle and close off a kitchen in my cafe

I want ziprock at one side of garage wall with some storage options at the top , approximately height 2.3m and length 6.4m

Repair and paint ceiling from water damage

Trim has been removed from the wall - require gap to be plastered and prepped for painting

Need to repair 2 meters Concrete Cracked wall in the lounge plastering, rendering and maroon Red painted, plastering and painting the 2 metre ceiling edge wall all cosmetic. Realigning door bedroom not closing. Installing single cylinder entrance door lock. Must be 100% Quality work.

Require completion of plastering and seamless paint blending with the existing wall surface.

Gyprocking the two bedrooms and kitchen and living spaces

Looking for someone to build a simple frame and storage space under these stairs, timber frame, Gyprock and plastering. With a door to access the storage under the stairs. The wall is to attach to the ceiling to cover the stairs. Second job is to close a room up completely frame and Gyprock and plastering. Please also let me know how long this will take

Got the hole in the gyprock. Need to get it fixed it ASAP.

Water came out of the aircon unit in the ceiling and damaged a section of the roof around 1m * 1m
