We have a house full of plastering to be completed - majority of which is hung, and needs to be brought to paint ready finish. Details as follows: 3x average bedrooms - patched holes and walls smoothed, some are newly hung drywall, others holes patched and smoothed. Additional Cornice installed in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and hallway end. Walls to upper floor in living room and kitchen (average size) Lower floor, new drywall is hung - needs finishing, and square set cornice. Lower floor ceiling, hang 2 boards, and finish.

Require an experienced plasterer to install decorative plaster cornices in a hallway. Approximately 20 lineal metres, 5.4m lengths of cornice.

Issue: External rendered wall damaged by vehicle impact, showing a puncture and cracks near the garage frame. Scope of Works: Inspect and assess extent of damage. Remove loose render and repair substrate if needed. Reapply render and texture to match existing finish. Repaint repaired area to blend with surrounding wall.

2 joins and 2 butts joins plus screws. No cornice. Area is 5mx2.4m

Asbestos has been professionally removed. 4 areas : Lounge, bedroom, porch, passage. - Ignore the bathroom in picture, this is complete. - The wall at the bottom of lounge is not a wall, it opens to kitchen Dimensions are in the image. Lounge 6.3 x 3.7 Bedroom 3.7 x 3.8 Passage 2 x 1 Porch 1.2 x 1.3(only require the top done which is about 0.5’ high and in FC please) Ceiling height is 2.7m from floor to ceiling. We have a fibreglass shower installed. However, the plasterboard on this old house is slightly tilted, which doesn’t allow us to bolt the shower straight against the wall. We need a handyman to measure and install a wood to fill the gap, so there isn’t a gap between the shower and wall. Refer to pics
