Scope of work: * Pull down and remove the remainder of the damaged/loose plasterboard sheets in the affected area. * Supply and install replacement plasterboard directly above the entire length of garage roller door, approximately 5 metres long. * Secure the new plasterboard to the existing ceiling framing. * Tape, set and sand the joins to leave a neat, smooth finish ready for painting. Please include all materials and labour in your offer. Painting is not required. Looking for someone who can complete the job neatly and at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Small plaster repair required around existing plumbing fitting. Damaged/rough plaster surrounding the fitting needs to be repaired, patched and neatened up as much as practically possible around the existing fitting. Plumbing will remain in its current position. Aim to achieve the cleanest, smoothest finish possible and leave ready for painting.

Repair loose Ethernet/data wall plate. The wall plate has come away from the plasterboard and there is minor damage around the opening. The ports still work, so it just needs to be secured back to the wall and the plaster patched. Please bring any tools and materials required.
