I have four small areas of damage/previous DIY repair on internal painted walls that I'd like properly finished so they blend into the surrounding wall. The areas are approximately: 1 x 7–9 cm previously patched hole — patch is solid but was finished poorly and is uneven/raised 1 x 4–5 cm previously patched hole — also needs the existing repair smoothed/refinished 2 x approximately 2 cm areas where adhesive pulled off the paint/surface layer of the wall Looking for someone experienced with small plaster/plasterboard repairs and painting to: Correct/sand back the existing DIY patches as required Fill/skim and feather the repaired areas so they are flush with the surrounding wall Repair the two small adhesive-damaged areas Sand smooth Prime where necessary Touch up/paint the repaired areas so they blend with the existing wall and surface texture as closely as possible The larger holes are already closed/filled, so there are currently no large open holes, although I'm happy for the existing patching to be redone if necessary for a better finish. Photos of all four areas attached. Ideally looking for someone who regularly does small plaster repair + painting jobs and can leave the repairs neat and unobtrusive.

Approx 15 150mm diameter holes from old recessed lights needing patched, no sanding required as we are spraying acoustic spray over the top.

Hi there, I am the previous tenant of a commercial shop located in Gertrude Street, Fitzroy. I need someone to attend to minor plaster & paint repairs so I can get my bond back from the landlord. There are four areas that need repair- please see photos. two cornice corners, top of a column, and also the side of a cupboard needs to repaired. Repainting needs to be in specific colours ( a sample pot of each colour will be enough) Walls: Dulux "Hog Bristle Quarter" Ceiling: Dulux "natural White" The shop is currently vacant, and located on the ground floor, (Gertrude St Fitzroy). Ceiling height easily accessed with standard step ladder. Keys to property need to be picked up and returned to the real estate agent, their office is located in Church St Richmond. Extra $100 available is person is able to attend on Tuesday Afternoon & Wednesday morning to take rubbish bins to the street and collect in morning (7 in total, standard residential bins). This might coincide with plaster / paint dry times. If not don't worry= the priority is the plaster & patch.

I’ve had three light fittings replaced and there are holes requiring patching, plugs removed and patched. Surface needs to be ready for painting.

Plaster in solid brick house has a few fine cracks and a couple of larger ones that require patching. Have added photos of the largest and some small cracks in the ceiling of the hallway. Most of the cracks are pretty fine. 4 Rooms and a hallway will require attention. Due date: Flexible

I hung a couple of shelf’s today using screws and plastic wall anchors without trouble. The second wall must have been made of a different material and I have made a mess trying to get plastic pegs and screws into the holes.
