I need someone who can motivate me, guide me through structured workouts, and adapt training to my current injuries and limitations. About Me & My Needs: I have a small gym in my building (basic equipment) and also access to Waterloo Crown Park’s big gym. I have a right wrist injury, so I cannot use weights or machines that require my right arm for at least a month. I also have tightness in my right leg nerve, which limits squats and hip flexor pushes. I used to enjoy reformer Pilates, but I can’t do it right now due to my wrist injury. My goal is to strengthen my core and overall endurance to carry a backpack for the long hike. What I’m Looking For: Someone who can adapt exercises to my injuries. A trainer who can motivate me to show up and push myself (I struggle with gym consistency). Workouts that focus on core, posture, and endurance rather than heavy lifting.
