I need a personal trainer to loose belly fat and gain upper body muscle in 6 months. Weekly once or twice from January to June in Bondi beach + sessions on my own at the gym. Need someone tough to push hard and follow up the progress weekly. I had an ACL surgery last June, someone who understands about physiotherapy would be good (even though I already have my physiotherapist). I’ve got a spacious terrace with a great setup (plus a friendly dog who might join us for some motivation!). I already have dumbbells, a treadmill, resistance bands, and other basic equipment—so all you need to do is show up. Ideally, I’d like to keep each session around 30–45 minutes.
