Looking for a Home Personal Trainer - Twice a Week My wife and are looking for a personal trainer to come to our home twice a week. Format: 1.5 hour session (45 mins each, back-to-back) Frequency: 2x per week Timing: Flexible, ideally Friday afternoon plus one other morning or afternoon during the week Setup: We have a full home gym (functional trainer) and 2x 45kg adjustable dumbbells.
