I need someone to tell me what the hell was done here and how it can be fixed! And preferably do the fix! Free standing pergola, has some kind of structure at the foot of each. Presumably water damaged... Preference for work happening on a Monday or Friday, not urgent.

My pergola is leaking from a few places when there is a heavy rain. The size of pergola is 3.8m x 8.8m . I believe it is due to gap between gutter and pergola flashing (and might be fixed with silicon?). Please see attched images for the leak and pergola. - Due date: Flexible
