Need an experienced paving installer to lay 35sqm of 400x400 concrete pavers in a backyard tomorrow. Central drain in place – pavers must be levelled to drain. Sand bedding already laid over a crushed rock base. Must have own tools and compactor. Clean finish required.

Looking for an experienced paving contractor or landscaper to install a new paver path to our front door. The old path has already been removed and the area is partially excavated (see photos). The dimensions are approximately 90cm wide x 355cm long (approx. 3.2 m²). I will be paying for the pavers separately, so please do not include the cost of the main pavers in your offer. (Paver type: Stradapave 300x300x40mm, Steel colour, from a supplier in Wantirna). Scope of Work: - Finish excavating the area to the correct depth and level. - Supply, lay and compact the crushed rock base. - Install edge restraints along the sides of the path. - Supply and screed the bedding sand. - Lay the pavers that I am providing. - Make any necessary cuts. - Fill joints with polymeric sand and finish the path.

12m2 Pre-Sale Paving Refresh Work ( Mulgrave Area ) 1. Existing outdoor paved area in need of an “economically friendly” freshen up before property is put on market 2. As shown in the images, area is 3540mm x 3350mm so approximately 12m2. 3. Work to include the Qty x 3 Stair Landings as well as main paved area as shown 4. Vertical support walls should not need work other than the resetting / cementing of the Qty x 3 Bricks shown below in “General Image No.7” in stair section 5. Contractor to nominate if they wish to also supply pavers as part of their offer 6.
