Pavers in various locations have sunken due to ants (I think) and just need pulling up, compact some sand in there, level off and put back in. Photos attached of all locations that I need fixing.

Looking for an experienced paver/landscaper to remove and relay approximately 12–13 rows of existing concrete pavers. Scope of Work: * Carefully remove existing pavers (to be reused) * Excavate and prepare base properly to ensure long-term stability * Install a new base using: * Compacted crushed rock (road base) * Levelled bedding sand layer * Re-lay existing concrete pavers to a consistent, level finish * Ensure correct drainage and slight fall away from structures * Compact and secure pavers (including edge restraint if required) * Fill joints with sand and finish neatly Materials: * Existing pavers will be reused * Additional matching pavers can be supplied if required (at cost) * Contractor to supply base materials (crushed rock, sand, etc.) unless discussed otherwise Expectations: * Base must be properly compacted in layers (not just sand) * Finished surface should be level, even, and durable (no rocking or sinking) * Experience in paving/landscaping preferred – please provide examples/photos of past work

back acid stained, and some damaged

I have a paved courtyard measuring about 4.5m x 6m. I need drainage installed and sunken pavers lifted and reset, plus the edges of the paving finished after recent layout changes. Could be repairs or total re-lay - whichever is most efficient. I have all the pavers needed, but some cutting will be required for edging. Qualified / experienced people only please.

Paved paths have sunk and need to be repaired. I'd like to get a quote please. We need to liaise with the real estate agent if you need to look but a ball park figure is what I need.

A number of the white pavers are coming loose and can be pulled off. I have spare pavers as well if a couple get damaged. Looking for someone to pave it properly and grout/caulk so that it lasts with the pool water. With enough notice I could drain some of the pool water or heat it up.

I’ve recently had some underground pipework done which required digging up a section of my brick-paved ground. The plumbing work is finished, the trench has been backfilled/tamped down, and I now need a pro to restore the surface. The Job: • Area Size: Approximately 90cm x 80cm area. • Materials: I have saved the original bricks; these need to be cleaned of old mortar/dirt and re-laid to match the existing pattern. • Base Work: You will need to ensure the base is properly leveled and compacted so there is no future sinking. • Finish: Screed sand/cement (as per the original style) and grout/sand the joins to match the surrounding area. Requirements: • Please bring your own tools (level, rubber mallet, compactor if needed). • Must have experience with paving/brickwork to ensure a flush finish with the existing ground. • Reliability is key—looking to get this tucked away this week!
