Backfill and compact soil around the perimeter of the house to support footings and prevent further subsidence. 2. I need help with some paving issues around my home in Kardinya. A few areas have become uneven and some pavers have sunk, so the drainage is not working well. I would also like to slightly widen the driveway because larger vehicles have difficulty entering. If possible, I would really appreciate some advice and a site visit to see what can be done. Remove tree roots from under paving and repave

Require footpath paving at driveway to be raised to the same level as driveway. It has sunk around 50mm after completing house renovations.

Paving has separated on driveway. Require lift and relay of half the driveway. Total driveway is 47sqm and about half needs doing.

Some pavers have come loose around pool area. Maybe 7-8 pavers need to be fixed.

Releveling paving around pool skimmer / edge where loose overflow valve has washed sand away. Probably 2-3m2. Requires sand and compaction. Second part is re-leveling some paving where water is sitting due to compaction prior to laying being poor. Probably 7-10m2 in this part where water flow needs to be diverted towards fence. Requires sand and compaction.

Brick paved driveway has x 20 approx pavers which have moved and are a trip hazard. They require resetting into the driveway

Can you repair Uni Decor Interlocking Pavers on a driveway? Looking for someone on hourly rate who has done this before. We need to pull some up and dig underneath to do some work on the stormwater pipe. So I need you to come after the plumber is finished and repair the pavers again. The excavation will be 10 metres (pic1, tape measure) We also have a small separate section a few square metres where the pavers have sunken, it would be nice to get this repaired too. (Pic 3) Hourly rate plus materials of course.

Broken concrete paving stone needs replaced as selling house. It was a step going down. I have replacement ones as need to replace one next to it also, concrete, paving sand and the other bag of small rocks/earth the Bunnings person recommended just don’t know what to do. It would involve creating new step from two 40 x 40 pavers and 4 small 10 x 20 pavers so match other steps and perhaps building up the ground underneath half of one as missing something underneath.
