I am looking for a licensed builder to install two adjacent patios that I am proposing to purchase from Stratco. One is an insulated patio of 3m X 3m and the other a Louver pergola of 5.5m X 2.7m approx. One side is wall and existing alfresco, although these put together at 8.5m will exceed the length of the house slightly. There are approximate drawings and council approval is in process. Someone else is doing the floor decking. Need someone to first install the posts so that the decking can continue and then once the decking is done by that time 4-5 weeks the Stratco delivery time the rest of it can be installed.
