Work required: - Replace timber support posts on one patio. - Replace a few damaged decking boards. - Install some metal roofing sheets for the ground patio area. - Ensure the structure is secure and safe. Remove existing beam. Supply and install new hardwood beam. Install stainless steel box gutter (supplied). Supply and install ceiling/ wall panels and facing trim. Supply install PVC downpipe. Seal any potential water ingress points to prevent further water damage.

I now need the ceiling lined and finished underneath. What I need done Advise best material for outdoor patio ceiling (white, clean look) – I’m open to fibre cement sheets or PVC lining panels. Install battens if required. Supply & install ceiling lining (or install only if we agree I’ll supply materials). Cut-outs/holes for the existing downlight locations. I require a quote to build a low level patio deck, to replace the existing pavers. The total deck area will be 24m2. It will sit approx 15cm above ground. It may need to sit slightly away from the house, so as not to obstruct the brick weep holes. Will consider either composite or merbau decking, depending on cost difference. Build a patio ceiling out of VJ board. Approx 6m x 3m. We have had a new roof installed over the existing frame. We now need a ceiling built with sides and end properly finished to cover the frame. Not sure on price. Thinking it’s about 2 days work. I will pay for materials separately.
