Dirty dishes/pots in kitchen sink, counters covered with appliances. Under-sink and pantry need sorting. Bathroom surfaces and cabinets cluttered. Large laundry piles on bed, basket, chair and inside open dryer. Bedroom unmade with clothes, open drawers and floor clutter. Living sofa has bags; desk/sideboard heavily cluttered with mixed items and open drawers. Multiple drawers contain mixed medications/first-aid needing careful handling. Shoe cabinet overflowing. Surface mess + laundry backlog + mixed storage. Not end-of-lease or deep clean. (Balcony low priority.) Tasks (one continuous visit) • Kitchen: clear/wipe counters, wash/dry dirty dishes & pots, organise under-sink + pantry. Discard only obvious leftovers/rubbish after checking with me. • Bathroom: clean toilet, shower, sink & surfaces; organise counters and cabinets. • Bedroom: change sheets and make bed; fold all clothes from piles/basket/chair and put away; clear floor and under-bed clutter. • Living: remove bags from sofa, clear desk/sideboard and TV surfaces, general floor tidy. • Medication/first-aid drawers: I will be present and personally direct all categorising. Do not move or discard any medical items without my instruction. Important I will be home the entire time. Check with me before discarding anything that is not clearly rubbish. Help me organise the items in the garage, unpack some boxes, shelve items on the different shelves, move and make space and be creative with organisation. We may also need to attach a cabinet to a wall to place crockery in it. The cabinet is the one in the photo laid down on the floor

I’ve been unwell and haven’t been staying in my apartment, so I’m looking for someone to help get it clean, organised and comfortable before I return. The apartment itself isn’t particularly dirty, but things have built up and become cluttered while I’ve been away. I’ll try to sort through the majority of the clothes beforehand, although there may still be some clothing that needs folding, putting away or hanging on coat hangers. I won’t be at the apartment while the job is being completed, so I’m looking for someone comfortable working independently and taking initiative with organising things. What I’d like done: • General tidy and organisation throughout the apartment • Fold, put away or hang any remaining clothes • Clear and organise surfaces • Fully organise the pantry, grouping items logically and disposing of anything clearly expired • Organise kitchen cupboards so items are tidy and easy to find • Clean and organise inside the fridge, disposing of expired/off food • Clean inside the oven, including racks and trays • Clean kitchen benches, sink, stovetop and cupboard surfaces • Thoroughly clean the bathroom • Dust and wipe down surfaces throughout • Vacuum and mop floors • Steam clean the bedroom carpet • Put loose letters, paperwork and receipts into the organiser provided • Bag and dispose of obvious rubbish • Generally put things back into sensible places as you go Please don’t throw away personal belongings unless they’re clearly rubbish. If you’re unsure about something, please organise it or leave it aside rather than disposing of it. The main goal is to get the apartment back to a clean, tidy and organised state that I can comfortably come home to.
