Find a local network troubleshooter in North Adelaide

I managed a network in Kilburn and I need assistance to troubleshoot it. I was experiencing problem with package drop and after restarting the router (remotely), everything did go offline. You will need: Charged Laptop, ideally with a RJ45 connection and ethernet cable. The router is mounted to a wall, so a stool my help.

I am looking for a technician to assist with running a network cable through the ceiling from an external entry point into my hardware (network) room. Scope of Work: I will supply the network cable Cable will be fed from outside the building Technician will need to access the ceiling space Retrieve and guide the cable to the hardware room Total cable run is less than 5 metres only two holes are required for the cable installation. Site Conditions / Important Notes: Ceiling access hole is close to the edge There is a lot of insulation material inside the ceiling Care is required when moving inside the ceiling space

We've got an issue with our website/ network

There is just a small fix needs to be done, the issue came after resetting modem, the network needs to switch from wifi to Ethernet

Ethernet port does not seem to work, need to plug wifi router in - Due date: Flexible

Work place computers set up with qld based “support” that has resulted in more frustration then anything else. 3 screen set up but turns out the previous managers teenage son set it up 🙄😳please help! 2 computer stations, that are linked into a national network for a company. Are looking to possibly move away from network with two offices one here with 2 computers office in qld 10 computers (12 max computers altogether - network has been updated to “cloud” but system is still clunky.) - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 15 August 2022
