I need an Ethernet port installed from my NBN box in my garage to my downstairs living room. There are existing Ethernet ports located upstairs. Double storey house.

When I plug the wall socket in my nbn machine starts clicking and blinking red, when I take it out it blinks blue. I believe its a line error on the property and need an nbn technician to take a look and repair if needed

He said he couldn’t use the existing cable path as it runs inside the brick facade, and therefore couldn’t get a new fibre through to that point. He also didn’t install the outdoor unit for the same reason. He advised me to get a licensed electrician/data cabler to: Create a new cable path or conduit from outside (where NBN will mount the outdoor unit) to the closet where I want the modem. Ensure the cable route is ready for NBN to return and complete the fibre connection. The NBN FTTP NTD or connection box and power supply is mounted up high on the wall. I'd like it relocated about 1.5 meter below. Please see attached images. Additional power outlet is also required next to the new NTD location.

So my NBN conduit/cable appears to be blocked/damaged as the technicians are unable to ran them through. As of now, the conduit actually passes underneath my driveway, so we’ll need to either dig through the concrete to fix the conduit or to leave the existing conduit then run a new one between the pits.
