Hi there! We have an opportunity for you to visit a Fitness Studio and provide feedback on your experience to us. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. To do this mystery shop you will need to have some experience attending fitness classes. This will just ensure as a mystery shopper, you already have a level of comfort in a fitness studio and surroundings are familiar. You do not need to be in peak physical condition or have amazing fitness. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1. Reach out to your allocated studio and enquire about doing a trial NB: it may be free or you may need to pay. If you need to pay for a trial class, we will reimburse you. 2. Assess the class confirmation process. 3. Assess the studio (exterior, reception, merchandise area, bathrooms, lockers and uniforms). 4. Assess the welcome and tour provided. 5. Assess the class (the instructor and how they conducted the class). 6. After the class (interaction with the staff member, invitation to join as a member). Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete and this is required before you can commence the visit to the gym. If the task is cancelled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. If there is no correspondence within 48 hours, you will be cancelled from this task. Please only offer on this task if you’re able to complete it by the specified deadline. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a reformer pilates studio! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to purchase a x5 class pack (we will reimburse you this) and attend a reformer pilates class in which you will assess the experience you had during. All you will need to do is wait 24 hours after the class to see if you get a follow up, and then submit the report! You will only need to assess one class, and you will get the other 4 for free! Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. We will reimburse you the cost of the x5 class pack. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Once you arrive at the venue, you will need to Purchase a product (more information to be provided by us) and take a few photos and report on the availability of promotional material for a specific brand. We estimate it will take you 8 minutes per venue to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the venue. IMPORTANT: You’ll have to complete this task in our App (‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ available on the Google Play Stores or App Store). Only make an offer if you’re comfortable using a mobile app. As soon as we accept your offer we will send you more information. Note that most of the information is also available in the Snooper App. HOW TO FIND YOUR TASK/MISSIONS ON THE SNOOPER APP Download ‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ Once the App is installed, sign up using your email address Go to the map ('Search' tab) Click on the Filter icon on the left of the Search button to open the missions list. Click 'Clear' to unselect all missions. Select the missions shown on the screenshot in the comment section of this task and click Apply. You will be redirected to the map. Zoom in and out and use the Search button to find venues with the Tasks/Missions assigned to you. Read the mission overview and go through the checkpoints to get familiar with your mission. When you’re ready to start, click ACCEPT. Use the app to complete the task, follow the photo requirements and take the photos in the App Once your mission is approved, you will get paid the amount agreed on by AirTasker (even if the mission on the App shows a different amount).
