We got sold a 2015 Mazda CX-5 diesel by a dealer and need a mechanical report stating the car is unsafe to drive and unfit for purpose to further pursue with Fair Trading. We do not need anything fixed, just a report with your professional opinion. The car was purchased less than 2 months ago, was driven 1500kms and now cannot be driven (engine light on, jerking after stopping at red lights, cannot go pass 100 on highway).
