Find a local Microsoft Outlook helper in Sydney

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.

We already have office 365 subscriptions in my shop. we have one computer set up & running fine - just never get time to set up the other 2! We then want to move away from dropbox & set up some shared onedrive folders for internal use. will need to be done weekday mornings when the shop is quiet.
