My 2017 Vw Amarok BiTDI has a whooshing noise coming from the passenger side under boost above 12psi. When going over 12psi for a few minutes turbo will shut off and 'Turbocharger B Underboost Condition' come up. Drives normal at lower speeds/boost. I suspect it may be a wastegate issue or similar concerning secondary turbo. Smoke test did not identify any leaks, no other codes stored. I've been told it could be a crack in the cold air pipe to the intake, which only opens on boost. Need a mechanic to check further
