I’m looking for an experienced auto electrician or car audio installer to complete a high-quality OEM-style installation on my 2024 Daihatsu Hijet (S500 series). I will supply: * Sony XAV-AX8500 wireless Apple CarPlay head unit * Sony XS-160GS 6.5” coaxial speakers * Kenwood CMOS-230 reverse camera I’m looking for someone to supply and install: * Premium aftermarket central locking system with slim, modern OEM-style remotes (I do not want the bulky universal style key fobs) * All required wiring harnesses, antenna adapters, mounting brackets, speaker spacer rings and any other installation hardware * Front door sound deadening while the doors are apart * Any custom speaker mounting required to suit the Hijet Requirements: * Experience installing audio systems in Japanese vehicles or kei trucks is preferred. * Use harness adapters wherever possible – I do not want the factory wiring cut. * Neat OEM-quality installation with all wiring concealed. * Integrate the reverse camera with the Sony head unit. * Ensure the speakers are installed correctly with any required spacers or brackets. * Test all functions before handover

Install a DMS Engineering Head Unit with Apple CarPlay (link to head unit https://shorturl.at/ASBhI), reverse camera and dash cam to a Holden Epica Sedan. Cables must all be hidden, BYO tools.
David was awesome. He came out and installed a new head unit, reverse camera and dash cam in no time at all. He was good to chat to and I’d recommend him to anyone looking.

Quoted me almost $1,000 for 3 spark plugs and a replacement ignition coil. ($230 for 3 aftermarket spark plugs that my friend who is a mechanic can get for $100) I am a female and know little about cars so easy to take advantage of. My friend is a mechanic and instantly told me to get rid of him and that he is taking advantage of me. Wouldn’t trust them.
